Monitoring the Covid numbers coming from various official sources, something is not so clear about Telangana State.
There are many doubts in the matter of Covid control measures, but still the media is not in a position to question the government.
Of course, there is no strong opposition in Telangana State to question. But surprisingly, media is also not rising any questions or doubts.
While the Health Minister Etela Rajender, Minister KTR and Chief Minister KCR are constantly giving their positive statements with respect to the number of PPE kits available, measures taken for lockdown and the facilities at quarantine centers some questions are poking in the heads of people.
Question#1: Why the number of tests done are very less when compared to that of other states? (eg: only 500 tests are performed today when AP could perform 6306 tests)
Question#2: Why the people are roaming on roads despite strict lockdown measures? (the traffic jams are also shown prominently on TV channels)
Question#3: Why the Central team is coming to Hyderabad all of a sudden giving special importance?
Question#4: Will the State be safe once the lockdown is lifted? (will there be any clear confirmation that every suspect is tested without fail?)
Question#5: Is the government of Telangana not revealing the actual numbers to avoid panic among the people?
The comprehensive answers to the above are required from the government before the questions become suspicions.
