Revanth Reddy's remarks in an interview to a pro-TDP channel, have captured the attention of the internet audience.
"I am Chandrababu's friend. I worked with trust in him. He recognized me, respected me, and gave me the opportunity," began Revanth Reddy.
He went on to say, "After leaving TDP, I had a clear idea. As long as a daughter lives in her mother's house, she should uphold the respect of that family. But once she steps out, she should maintain the respect of her mother-in-law's family."
Revanth implied that TDP is his mother's house while Congress is mother-in-law's house.
"If I talk to anyone on the phone personally, I need not explain everything to the public. I cannot lose my love for my parent party," he concluded.
