Telugu student found dead in US

A 25-year-old youth, Bandi Vamshi, was discovered dead under mysterious circumstances in a car parked in the basement of his apartment complex in Minnesota, USA.

Vamshi, originally from Madannapet village in Kamalapur mandal, Huzurabad constituency, had traveled to the United States to pursue an MS at Concordia Saint Paul University.

Residing in room 206 of the Magnolia Trail Eden Prairie apartment, Vamshi was found deceased on December 21.

While initial reports suggested suicide, the circumstances surrounding his death have raised suspicions among both authorities and his family.

Residents of the apartment complex were shocked to discover the body and immediately alerted the police.

A neighbor from Kantatmakur mandal in Warangal district informed Vamshi’s parents about the tragic incident.

G. Charan Patel, former village sarpanch of Madannapet, told media that Vamshi’s father, Rajaiah, a toddy tapper and farmer, had high hopes for his son’s education and future abroad.

The devastating news has left Rajaiah heartbroken, as he had dreamed of Vamshi achieving great success.

The incident has been reported to Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Bandi Sanjay Kumar, and Congress Huzurabad Assembly constituency in-charge, V. Pranav Babu.

Vamshi’s family has appealed for their assistance in repatriating his body to India and ensuring a comprehensive investigation into the case.

Authorities are actively investigating the exact cause of Vamshi’s death to determine the events leading up to the tragedy.
