Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has declared today that those who have obtained all necessary permissions to build houses, though in disputed areas need not fear.
He emphasized that their properties will not face any trouble, if they can be able to show those permissions to the officials.
Revanth Reddy also mentioned that some social media channels and WhatsApp groups are targeting the Telangana government and tarnishing the image of Hyderabad's real estate.
He stated, "We will not spare them."
Hyderabad Real Estate, an unofficial handle on X, wrote, "Now we’ve got official confirmation from HYDRAA as well. Buyers can now go ahead and purchase HMDA & RERA-approved projects without any fear! We hope to see a revival of Hyderabad real estate after these assurances."
Revanth Reddy's assurance to realtors and real estate companies may give a boost to Hyderabad’s real estate sector.
However, we will have to wait and see how the issue of FTLs (Full Tank Levels) of lakes, which has become the major concern for Hyderabad Real Estate is addressed in the near future.
