Public Talk: Sharmila's Entry Vs Jyothy's Enthusiasm

Sudden pampering of someone happens only with an agenda. Andhra Jyothy daily has been giving positive coverage to Sharmila.

When we tried to take some opinions from the public, we found some insights.

"The same newspaper kept Lakshmi Parvathi in the limelight between 1993-95. She used to appear on banner stories almost every alternate day. That was a strategy. That popularity made her gather some people and form a group. This drama continued till the Viceroy Hotel episode. After these many years, the same daily is keeping Sharmila above the clouds. It looks like the repeat of history though the characters and situations changed", wrote a netizen.

"The logic is not understood why it is doing so. Practically speaking, Sharmila's party is based in Telangana State. Befriending with this party is nothing but developing more enmity with TRS. On the other hand, this news daily might be expecting some criticism or bad talk from her about her brother  YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the CM of AP. But that hardly happens as she is confined to Telangana Politics and YS Jagan also stated that he doesn't want to poke nose in Telangana politics. Whatever be the reason, AJ supporting Sharmila takes this daily nowhere", said a senior journalist based in Hyderabad.

"One cannot believe AndhraJyothy. It has two agendas now- to support Revanth Reddy for being the shadow of Chandrababu Naidu and to make Sharmila bigger for the reason of his enmity with YS Jagan in AP. But with these deliberate acts AJ becomes a bigger enemy to KCR. The over projection of this daily is always detrimental to any politician. Chandrababu is the biggest victim of this daily who lost the vote bank of majority people just because of over projection of this media house", said a journalist from AP.

On a whole, this sounds like an alarm for Sharmila to be cautious with regard to the relation with this daily.
