In a surprise move, evangelist and Praja Shanti Party chief Dr K A Paul spit fire on the yellow media for ignoring his party activities in the two Telugu states.
Speaking to media persons, Dr Paul said that the media dominated by Kamma, Reddy and Velamas in the Telugu states had made fun of him and projected him as joker.
He said he had been the successful evangelist and peace maker honoured in 147 countries in the world.
However, he had come back to the country to save it from corruption but the caste-based media was making fun of him.
Dr Paul gave a strict warning to the media to stop making fun of him and take him seriously.
Referring to Munugode Assembly by-election, Dr Paul said that he fielded popular balladeer Gaddar from his party.
“Who is more popular than Gaddar? Why the media is not giving him importance in the election campaign?” he asked.
He alleged that the two family parties were in power in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana involved in massive corruption.
The two parties have also failed to develop the Telugu states, he said and asked the media to understand that he had come to save the Telugu states from the corrupt and failure leadership.
He made an appeal to the people of Munugode Assembly constituency in Telangana to vote for Praja Shanti Party candidate, Gaddar in the by-election.
