HYDRA is continuing its aggressive efforts to clear encroachments and protect ponds across Hyderabad.
Having already demolished several illegal structures, including the N. Convention owned by actor Nagarjuna, HYDRA has now issued a notice to the renowned construction company Jayabheri.
HYDRA officials have instructed Jayabheri Construction Company to remove structures built within the Full Tank Level (FTL) and buffer zone of the Rangalal Kunta Pond in the financial district.
HYDRA Commissioner Ranganath, after inspecting the Bhagirathamma pond, ordered a thorough investigation into the dumping of construction waste in the FTL and buffer zone.
He also stated that a decision on the matter will be made in a meeting scheduled within the next 15 days.
