Enforcement Directorate has conducted raids on the TRS leader and Khammam Lok Sabha Member Nama Nageshwara Rao. These raids were performed based on the allegations of betraying the banks to an extent of Rs 1064 Cr.
The allegations say that he has diverted the loans taken from banks to the foreign countries. The ED has conducted raids at his house and office in the same time.
The raids are also extended to the houses of Ranchi Express Way CMD K Srinivas, Directors Seetayya and Prithivi Teja. The case was filed on Nama in 2019 and the charge sheet was prepared in 2020.
The auditors of Madhucon Infra, Madhucon Protect and Madhucon Tollway were also mentioned as accused in the charge sheet.
