Sharmila is emerging as a powerful leader in Telangana by her own might and without the support of anyone.
She has shown her might with her rebellion approach against the TRS government. The way she was treated by the police in Hyderabad in a recent car towing incident turned the heads of national politicians as well.
Sharmila is not even using the tag of being the sister of a CM of another state in spite of this furore.
On the other hand her brother Jagan Mohan Reddy also did not comment about the incident publicly.
This seems to be attracting the attention of BJP high command which is apparently coming into negotiating terms with Sharmila's YSRTP.
BJP knows that though it is pulling up its traction in Telangana here and there, it is a hard task to come into power by 2024.
Somehow, the YSRTP has become the first regional party to go head to head with TRS.
Sources say that BJP is looking making YSRTP its ally in Telangana State. The expectation is that the majority of Reddy community in Telangana State may incline towards Sharmila.
So, analysing in different ways and observing the will power of Sharmila, BJP is thinking to make some political moves.
At the same time, BJP restricted Pawan Kalyan only to AP politics but not considering him though he is a part of NDA.
BJP is keeping Janasena away as its agenda is to take TDP close to BJP. Looking at the scenario BJP sidelined Pawan Kalyan and took him lightly.
Pawan and his fans may be assuming that his stardom has a value but BJP seems to be caring two hoots.
Looking at this, it appears that BJP is valuing Sharmila far better than that of Pawan Kalyan.
