An event held today in Revanth Reddy's presence reportedly did not extend invitations to many leaders of the local Telangana associations, further aggravating the situation.
The community is expressing their discontent, with many blaming Rishika Sharma for the lack of access to the Chief Minister.
This situation mirrors a previous incident involving former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy, who similarly got distanced himself from elite NRI supporters of the YCP due to poor coordination by wrong members.
A tweet from an NRI Telangana member voiced the community's frustration: "The Telangana community should condemn the Telangana CM's USA visit, as it humiliates the Telangana activists and organizations that have supported the Telangana cause for decades."
Revanth Reddy must carefully assess who is coordinating his trip, to avoid sending the wrong message to the public.
