The ugly part of politics is seen with the topic of Gorantla Madhav's nude video. First of all, there has been no victim of that video.
Of course, Gorantla has been denying confidently that it is not his video. It is also proved that some groups with vested interests circulated a fake forensic report in this regard. Keeping all this aside, it will be personal stuff even if it is assumed to be true. If it is true, the convicts should be the ones who exposed this private video to the public. That's a bigger crime indeed. Any sexual act that happens between two consenting adults is accepted as per Indian law at present. The moral grounds need not be taken into account in today's world. All that one expects from a politician is his designated work and nothing else.
Now Gorantla has thrown a challenge on Chandrababu which is really valid. He asked Chandrababu if he can take an oath at Kanipakam Vinayaka temple that he is not involved in vote for note case. In fact, Chandrababu was acquitted from that case long ago. But is he spotless in that regard? How many aren't there who believe that it is Chandrababu's voice on the phone call pertaining to that case!
Gorantla also challenged that he is ready to resign as an MP if Chandrababu takes this oath. But is he ready? Adding to this, Gorantla also said that he will take the oath at the same place that the one in the video is not him.
Chandrababu, like on any other day, is silent to this challenge. On the whole, TDP's bullet didn't hit YSRCP in any way. Rather it got backfired and this issue is soon going into the closet.
