In 2025, Juniper has emerged as the highest paying company in India, offering an impressive average annual salary of Rs 29.2 lakh to its employees.
Following closely, Meta stands second with an average salary of Rs 27.7 lakh. Adobe secures the third position, providing Rs 22.4 lakh per year.
Global tech giants Microsoft, Intel, Cisco, Accenture, Google, and Oracle are grouped together, each offering a competitive Rs 20 lakh annually. Cognizant, slightly behind, pays its employees an average of Rs 18.7 lakh.
Among Indian companies, Flipkart leads by offering Rs 10 lakh annually, while Uber matches the same figure. Amazon follows at Rs 9.54 lakh. TCS and Infosys round off the list with average salaries of Rs 8.02 lakh and Rs 8.01 lakh respectively.
Interestingly, look at how Infosys and TCS are paying; despite being the companies every state gives free land and major incentives to. The contrast raises important questions about returns on such public support.
