With more than 3,15,552 number of Covid-19 positive cases today, India stands on the top in the world.
The situation is devastating and this number beats the USA's record as well. USA recorded a staggering 3,07,581 positive cases on January 8th 2021.
Almost all the Indian states are in the tenacious grip of Covid-19 now. Maharashtra is the worst affected while Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Kerala and Karnataka are in the top list of the worst affected states as of now.
The states are under either complete lock down or night curfew to curtail the further spread. Many hospitals are crowded with Covid patients with no sufficient beds available. Some patients are being treated in the ambulance as well.
Right now the vaccine drive is going on simultaneously through out the nation for the age group above 45, and it is going to be given for all the age group of population above 18 from 1st of May.
Entire nation is eagerly waiting to see the flattening of the curve.
