Come Soon: US Universities Alert INDIAN Students

US universities are advising foreign students, including many from India, to return to the United States before January 20, when Donald Trump is set to be sworn in as president.

Concerns have arisen regarding potential immigration challenges under Trump's new administration, especially after the previous administration's tough stance on H-1B visa holders.

There are growing fears that similar restrictions or issues could extend to student visas, affecting those currently studying in the US.

Universities are urging students who have traveled home for the winter break to return early to avoid any unexpected disruptions to their studies.

As uncertainty looms over US immigration policies, international students are being cautioned to stay updated on any changes that could impact their visa status or entry into the country post inauguration.

There have been instances in the past where students were denied entry into the USA upon returning from vacation, with authorities citing their part-time job status as the reason. This time, US university sources predict that similar issues could affect many students.
