The issue regarding the 250 sq yard land that has been occupied by Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani has once again become controversial.
Incidentally, Nani has been using the 250 sq yard land adjacent to his office as the parking for his TDP office. But the land belongs to one Bommadevara Subbarao and he has been requesting Nani to vacate the land at the earliest.
Subbarao has also recently met Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu to seek his help in getting Nani to vacate the land.
Accordingly, Babu had assigned the task to MLA Totha Trimurthulu. Subbarao has also said that Babu assured him that he would not have any problems from Nani and that he would soon vacate the land.
However, Subbarao is now claiming that the TDP leaders have made a U-turn and are now alleging that he wants to set up the YSRCP office on the land. But Subbarao insists that he wants to use his land to build a commercial complex.
And adding new twist to the story, few YSRCP leaders got into action to support Subbarao and this led to tensions in the area. Police forces turned up in large numbers to control the situation.
No matter what Subbarao would use the land for, MP Nani must have the basic responsibility to vacate the land as per owner’s request.
