Not many know that before casting Venkatesh, Dil Raju the producer of Seetamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu tried his best to bring together Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh for the film.
Though Pawan gave his nod initially, he later decided not to do the film once he was narrated the final script.
Well, Pawan felt that the role of the elder brother was not well conceived. That the film became a huge commercial hit and that the multi-starrer has become one of the biggest grossers in Telugu is an entirely different story.
Well, once again, fans of both stars seem to be keen on seeing the superstars of the Telugu industry together in one frame.
When asked by a fan on Twitter, Mahesh replied 'why not?' about acting with Pawan Kalyan in a multi-starrer.
Later, during a face-to-face interaction, Mahesh once again reiterated that he was game to acting with Pawan Kalyan if a good script accommodated both of them.
So now Mahesh has put the ball in Pawan's court. Only time will tell if this multi-starrer will actually happen.
For now, Pawan hasn't commented on the matter.
