Most probably no, say TRS members. Well, the reason cited by them is that TDP president Chandra Babu Naidu hasn’t been formally sworn in as the Chief Minister.
They say had he been CM, KCR would have personally invited him to his swearing in ceremony.
Since Babu will become CM only on June 8, inviting him will be against protocol, says TRS MLC Sudhakar Reddy.
However, if KCR chooses to invite Chandra Babu personally, then Babu will be obliged to attend the ceremony. But that is unlikely to happen as KCR is not sending out any personal invitations reveal TRS sources.
