After having complained strongly against the presence of AP Police in Hyderabad, the T-government sprang a literal surprise by requesting AP for the services of 42 police platoons of the latter to be utilized by Telangana until they recruit their own platoons and also as Hyderabad happens to be a common capital.
So when it is convenient to them, Telangana remembers that Hyderabad is a common capital, otherwise not. Also, one cannot help appreciating the nerve of the T-government.
On one hand, it is going all out to get the CM of AP arrested, on the other; it puts a request for utilizing the service of AP Police.
Considering that Telangana has never given any sort of assistance to AP on any issue in the past, it is highly unlikely that AP will yield to this latest request from Telangana.
Also, recently, the T-government promised all assistance to AP in conducting EAMCET counseling in Hyderabad, but turned back on its word at the last minute inconveniencing thousands of students.
