In a rather surprising development, the President’s office has requested the media to refrain from publishing pictures of the President’s meeting with CM Kiran Kumar Reddy.
Never before have such instructions been given to the media.
However, it has to be observed that a section of the media chose to follow the request, while some others went ahead and published the pictures.
While the private meeting between CM Kiran Kumar Reddy and the President is intriguing, equally curious is the fact that the President’s office has asked for the pictures not to be published.
Now, is it because it is bound to send wrong signals as the CM is pro Samaikyandhra or is it that the President is unhappy with the CM on some issue?
Whatever be the reason, looks like the President did want to send out a signal with such strange directive.
