Many people were mystified when Jayalalitha refused to meet Pannerselvam after the latter paid her a courtesy visit to her in jail.
After all, Pannerselvam was a close aide of Jaya.
The reason has now been revealed. Apparently once Jaya was indicted, everyone in her cabinet felt that they would have to resign as well. But out of the blue, Pannerselvam was made CM and overjoyed at this development, relatives, friends and family of Pannerselvam had a huge private party.
In the morning, Pannerselvam and his colleagues put up a show by sobbing uncontrollably while ‘swearing in’ and in the evening they were making merry.
The next morning, Panner and Ministers left to Bangalore to meet Jaya. However, Jaya who got to know of the Party from another trusted aide was uncontrollable with anger.
Despite Pannerselvam waiting the whole day, Jaya did not meet him.
Now Pannerselvam is having hyper tension wondering as to what Jaya’s next move is going to be.
