Botsa Satyanarayana, a senior leader of the YSRCP and former minister, has recently maintained a low profile, refraining from media appearances.
His absence was notable during Y S Jagan's visit to Gurla mandal in Vizianagaram district, where local leaders questioned why this prominent figure from the region was missing.
While PCC chief Sharmila criticized the YS Jagan, other leaders actively defended the party head, yet Botsa remained silent.
This silence may stem from the party's decision to appoint Vijayasai Reddy as the regional coordinator for Uttara Andhra.
Reports suggest Botsa is unhappy about this development, although the extent of this dissatisfaction is unclear.
It is known that there have been some differences between Botsa and Vijayasai Reddy during the latter's previous tenure as regional coordinator.
Currently, Botsa's silence raises concerns within the party, especially since he has previously been vocal in critiquing the coalition government.
Party members hope he will re-engage actively in party matters. Meanwhile, it is believed that Botsa's team is closely monitoring ongoing developments within the YSRCP.
We have to see when will Botsa becomes active.
