Telangana TDP is behaving rather strangely and seems to be functioning with ambiguity.
While they question the ruling TRS on everything and anything, the party leaders have been silent over the recent Aaleru encounter.
Incidentally, BJP supported the encounter, while Congress leaders Jaipal Reddy and Uttam Kumar Reddy insisted that an enquiry must be held on the incident.
At the Centre, senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh also condemned the incident.
On the other hand, some T Congress leaders have been very careful in the comments they are making.
Meanwhile, in a rather interesting development, Telangana TDP has remained silent. It is neither supporting the encounter nor is it condemning it in so many words.
Well, some political analysts say the silence is obvious as the TDP does not want anyone to question the Tirupathi encounter which is now a contentious issue in Tamil Nadu.
In all probability, that could be the reason, but nevertheless the party has been totally silent.
