Every now and then, our top political leaders travel across nations in the name of attracting investments.
While in Andhra Pradesh, chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu travels frequently to the US, Russia, Singapore and Malaysia in the name of investments, in Telangana, it is chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s son K T Rao who does globe-trotting.
Both of them try to go on foreign trips whenever the people start expressing disgruntlement over the governments in their respective states.
At present, KTR is on the visit to the US, meeting several people in the name of attracting investments.
Every day, the media has been getting dozens of press releases from KTR’s office stating that he is meeting a number of investors. Everybody knows what is going to happen to such a talk.
Not to lag behind, Naidu is going on the US tour shortly in the name of tapping investments, at a time when the US going in for Presidential polls. He is more likely to meet the NRIs to request them to put in their money.
So, let us wait and see who will succeed in attracting more investments.
