When the Supreme Court itself has said that 'Aadhar' is not mandatory, why is Chandrababu Naidu hell bent on inconveniencing people by making it mandatory for them? And this time, it is the students who are suffering because of it.
Students appearing for Intermediate exams in February-March this year will have to provide their Aadhar details. They will have to submit the details even at the time of taking their marks sheets.
If Aadhar is something that is deemed mandatory by the Supreme Court, then this directive of Chandrababu Naidu would have been understandable.
But when the highest court itself says that something is not compulsory, how can the Chief Minister behave in a contrarian manner?
