Senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member V Hanumantha Rao, who has been making irresponsible statements ever since the Centre took a decision in favour of Telangana State, has now gone a step ahead and started threatening the government officials.
On Sunday, VH went to the extent of threatening Chief Secretary P K Mohanty of throwing the latter behind bars.
He alleged that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy rendered gross injustice to Muslim youth by increasing eligibility of age from 18 to 21 years for self-employment schemes.
Demanding that the State government withdraw the GO immediately, VH alleged that the officials were blindly following instructions of the Chief Minister.
“In the past, the officials who blindly obeyed the instructions of the Chief Minister were thrown behind the bars. The Chief Secretary also should not meet such a fate,” he warned.
