No matter what transpires between BJP and TDP in the Centre, that doesn't seem to impact the bond that Venkaiah Naidu and Chandra Babu share with each other.
This was evident during a speech that Venkaiah gave wherein he praised Babu and said that the Andhra Pradesh CM had the skills and brain power to build the new capital city.
The Union Minister added that Babu had the character and calibre to fulfill his promise of developing a new capital city for Andhra Pradesh.
Venkaiah said that while he toured the entire nation, Babu tours all of Andhra Pradesh to see how best he can serve people and make the new capital dream a reality.
He did not stop there. He further added that Babu had the brains and the strength to realise the dreams of the people of Andhra Pradesh.
It is known that a section of BJP leaders in Andhra are unhappy with Chandra Babu and his ways. While Venkaiah lashed out at the Congress leaders who were demanding special status for AP, in his speech, the minister said that the Centre was still considering the issue. He also mentioned that the Centre will soon announce whatever decision it will take.
Meanwhile, many in political circles are talking about the bond between Venkaiah and Babu which remains unshaken despite BJP's stand on AP's special status.
