TDP MLA Manchireddy Kishan Reddy today took strong exception to the comments of Telangana Transport Minister P Mahender Reddy and warned that the people would revolt if the TRS leaders and government continued to intimidate them.
Condemning the minister’s comment, the TDP leader said the former was talking like a “goonda”. If the Telangana minister continued to intimidate the people, one day they would revolt, he warned.
Manchireddy said an elected representative, who becomes a minister should not speak in such a language and wondered which way the TRS government was taking the State.
It may be mentioned here that Transport Minister Mahender Reddy on Monday issued a veiled threat to AP leaders that they would forfeit the right to stay in Telangana if they continued to target Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao.
