TRS MP from Bhongir, Boora Narasaiah Goud says that the TDP is trying to tarnish the image of Telangana through false allegations of phone tapping.
When Chandrababu Naidu said that tapping his phone was an insult to the people of Andhra Pradesh, the TRS criticized the attempt to turn the issue into a regional conflict. But it is doing exactly the same going by the comments of Goud.
Phone tapping allegations have been made against the government of Telangana, not the people of Telangana.
As such, claims of a conspiracy to dent the image of ‘Telangana’ are laughable. And this is a phenomenon that has been quite a regular feature of the TRS Party and its MLA’s and now the TDP.
The regional card is increasingly being resorted to. If earlier, it was to gain power, now, it is for retaining it.
