However, he is requesting Parliament Housing Committee Chairman and Central minister Venkaiah Naidu to allocate him with a special guest house in Delhi.
Mr Rao has got many own apartments in Delhi and the BJP leaders are gossiping that why he is asking for a special guest house.
Mr Rao is not the only one who is asking for this kind of guest houses but there are many businessmen and bureaucrats who have got the same wish.
Time for Bharatiya Janata Party leaders to cut short these people and focus on development.
