YSR Telangana Party president Y S Sharmila said that her uncle, Y S Vivekananda Reddy, had all his assets registered in the name of his daughter, Suneetha Reddy.
She further stated that Vivekananda Reddy had procured different assets, including lands, only in the name of Suneetha Reddy.
She brushed aside the argument that Vivekananda Reddy might have been murdered only for properties and due to property disputes.
However, government records show that all properties were in the name of Vivekananda Reddy until January of this year.
In January, some assets were changed to the name of Suneetha Reddy and some to the name of Vivekananda Reddy’s widow, Sowbhagyamma.
Vivekananda Reddy owned 48.24 acres in Rangapuram under Pulivendula Municipality worth Rs 15 crore to Rs 20 crore per acre.
He also owned 21.49 acres of land in Ravulakolanu village of Simhadripuram mandal worth Rs 15 lakh per acre, and another 10.63 acres of land located in Nidivella village of Simhadripuram mandal worth Rs 20 lakh per acre.
In Teliki village of Simhadripuram mandal, he owned 9.47 acres of land worth Rs 15 lakh per acre.
The ownership of these lands was changed to Sowbhagyamma and Suneetha Reddy only in January 2023, three-and-a-half years after Vivekananda Reddy’s murder.
Given these facts, one wonders why Suneetha Reddy and Sharmila Reddy are spreading false information to deny that the murder was related to a possible property dispute.
Who is behind these lies being spread to point an accusing finger at Jagan Mohan Reddy and his YSR Congress Party? Why are the two sisters against Jagan Mohan Reddy and using Vivekananda Reddy’s murder to defame him?
The answers to these questions will have to be exposed if one goes by the facts given in this report.
