State Minister and Seemandhra Legislators Forum Convener S Sailajanath on Tuesday informed that elected representatives from the coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema region would meet on October 17 to discuss the future strategy.
Talking to reporters here, Sailajanath said that besides discussing the present situation, the Seemandhra legislators would finalise the strategy to be adopted in future to keep Andhra Pradesh united.
He reiterated that the struggle for Samaikhyandhra would continue at any cost. He also alleged that a few leaders were issuing statements to sabotage the movement and to create confusion among people in Seemandhra region.
Sailajanatha said that Telugu people would grow only if the State remained united. He said the division of Andhra Pradesh was not in the interest of any of the three regions of Telangana, coastal Andhra or Rayalaseema.
