Telangana Rashtra Samithi on Sunday alleged that Seemandhra leaders are feeding the central government with lies on Hyderabad and its revenue.
Speaking to reporters at Telangana Bhavan here, party senior leaders K Keshav Rao, G Vivek and Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao said Seemandhra leaders had no share in the development of Hyderabad. They had amassed wealth and did nothing for development of the State capital.
Refuting the claims of seemandhra leaders that Rs 50,000 crore had been spent on Hyderabad city, the TRS leaders demanded a white paper on it. They said they would never allow diversion of funds of Hyderabad to other places.
Keshav Rao said the party would submit reports to the Centre keeping in view the sentiments of Telangana people. Telangana water and employment should be given to the people of Telangana region only, he said.
Without any condition, they want Telangana and they do not like such a state which has no powers, he said and warned the leaders not to test the patience of Telangana people.
