The party leadership has made it clear that indulging in luxury will create a negative impression among the public and will not be tolerated.
They have reportedly suggested that using regular cars like Innovas and Fortuners is acceptable, but ultra-expensive vehicles should be avoided.
In reality, many politicians, irrespective of their party affiliations, have already purchased luxury cars long ago.
While senior politicians may not always be keen on such vehicles, their children seem to have a fascination for them.
