Prominent real estate developer J. Rameshwar Rao on Wednesdayy served a defamation notice for Rs 90 crore on Telugu Desam Party MLA A Revanth Reddy over his allegation that the government transferred to the former 33 acres of land allotted to Hyderabad Metro Rail project.
The TDP leader had also alleged connivance between the government and Rameshwar Rao, who is popularly known for his “My Home” project.
He said KCR's government had transferred a prime land allotted to Hyderabad metro rail project to to Rameswar Rao.
Terming the TDP MLA's statement as false, Rameswar Rao has served him the legal notice. Responding on the legal notice, Revanth Reddy said that he still stood by his allegations and he was ready to fight in the courts on the legal notice if needed.
