Telangana Jagruthi chief and Nizamabad MP K Kavitha, on Friday rubbished the allegation of Telangana TDP legislator A Revanth Reddy that she had registered her name twice in different parts during the recent intensive household survey.
Kavitha returned to Hyderabad from England tour and was accorded tumultuous welcome by her admirers and party activists at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport at Shamshabad.
She said she would make untiring efforts to develop Telangana State with the knowledge gained at the seminar in England.
Asked about the controversy that she enrolled her name at two places during the recent Household Survey, Kavita brushed aside the baseless allegation.
“No sane person would talk irresponsibly”, she said and asked her critics not to make such baseless charges.
The Telangana Jagruthi leader expressed her gratitude to the voters of her constituency saying because of their support she could go to England.
