The Hyderabad High Court on Tuesday gave relief to Telangana TDP leader and Kodangal MLA A Revanth Reddy by relaxing the conditions in his bail and allowed him to go anywhere in the country, including Hyderabad.
However, Revanth Reddy, who was booked as principal accused in connection with the infamous Cash-for-Vote Scam, has to appear before the ACB officials every Monday and sign in the register.
It may be mentioned here that Telangana TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was arrested when he was caught red-handed while offering cash to nominated MLA Stephenson to vote for TDP candidate in the MLC elections.
He was later granted conditional bail, which barred him from moving out of his constituency.
