Ramoji Rao once again proved how powerful he is as a media baron, when he met Modi in New Delhi on Monday. Even Ramoji’s wardrobe became a subject of hot debate when he visited the PM.
Ramoji who is normally seen in plain white clothes anytime was wearing suit and boot and was looking like a senior bureaucrat meeting PM.
Modi gave nearly half-an-hour time for Ramoji despite busy with Parliament session.
Though the occasion was met inform Modi about the progress of Swachh Bharat programme, for which Ramoji is also one of the ambassadors, sources said Ramoji utilized the opportunity to strengthen his political clout and business empire.
Even the union ministers made a beeline to meet Ramoji in New Delhi.
Ministers Venkaiah Naidu, Smriti Irani, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Radha Mohan Singh and Mahesh Sharma met him.
