The now retired IAS officer also said that taking a unilateral decision to hold the AP Formation Day on June 2 was wrong. He said in a democracy, it is important to take the opinion of people and hold a discussion in the Assembly. It is not appropriate for the political leaders to take one-sided decisions, pointed out Sharma.
