Power star-politician and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan was at his satirical best, when he attacked, this time the grand old Congress party, on the issue of special status to Andhra Pradesh.
“I love Congress! I adore Congress! For their Zeal, for their Fervour, for their passion to take on the BJP govt... Merely for 'ONE LALIT MODI' issue than to fight for their promise to deliver SPECIAL STATUS to 'FiFTY MILLION SEEMANDHRAS.' Hail Congress!,” -- tweeted Pawan.
And the AP Congress reacted sharply to Pawan Kalyan’s tweets.
APCC chief N Raguveera Reddy said that the Congress party was striving continuously for the special status to the Andhra Pradesh State.
He alleged that Pawan was criticizing the Congress party without having proper knowledge.
Raghuveera reminded the Jana Sena Party chief that the APCC had addressed letters to the AICC Chief Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this regard.
The Congress party has taken up one crore signature campaign in protest against the Centre’s attitude on according special status to Andhra Pradesh State.
“Pawan was advising the Congress party to wage a war against the Centre on special status to Andhra Pradesh State as he didn’t know what APCC is doing”, he said.
