There are stories floating around which say that the Andhra Pradesh government has decided to pass an ordinance regarding the capital lands.
Incidentally, the AP Assembly sessions will start in 15 days.
The bill will be named as capital zone development organization. Usually, such a bill needs to be introduced in Assembly, but now the government will pass an ordinance which will ratify the bill. This bill will then be introduced in Assembly.
The government which has been claiming that they will not do injustice to the farmers is going ahead with the plan silently. But why is it doing this in such hurry has become a topic of discussion in political circles.
Well, looks like Babu and his team decided to go ahead with their plan as tabling the bill in Assembly will lead to lot of discussion and more criticism.
Also, in case the farmers don’t give their consent for land pooling, the ruling party seems to be preparing the ground to go ahead using the bill as its tool.
