He alleged that while Chandra Babu is busy collecting funds for the development of the new capital city, he is splurging money on unnecessary things on the other.
Harish Rao criticized Chandra Babu Naidu for spending Rs 30 crores for his swearing in ceremony and another Rs 15 crore for a temporary secretariat.
He also said that Babu was flying around in a private chartered plane and bullet-proof cars wasting public money.
Finally, Harish Rao said that Babu had liked KCR’s governance and that he had said so at least on four occasions.
