Mudragada Padmanabham is totally justified in fighting for the promise made to his community in the elections, that they would be included in the list of BCs.
What is entirely unacceptable is his deeksha at his residence in Kirlampudi demanding the release of the seven persons in connection with the Tuni arson and lifting of cases against others who are facing police investigation. This is nothing short of blackmailing the government.
How can people responsible for torching Ratnachal Express be released without any punishment? Innocent passengers and people could have easily lost their lives in the mindless violence perpetrated by the hoodlums on that day.
And ‘Mudragada’ like a Gandhi is fighting for their release? If he wants reservation for his community, let him voice his protest peacefully or fight his battle in a Court of law, but if he thinks he can create a law-and-order problem and force the government into doing something atrocious such as releasing those accused, then the government must hit back hard and in such a way that no one will contemplate such kinds of actions in future.
It is definitely Chandrababu Naidu who cheated the Kapus with his false promise. But violence is not the solution! Either they vote him out of power or else vote for one from their own community who can deliver! Mudragada himself should contest for CM!
Wonder how many people will back him! His party symbol will be Ratnachal Express!
