Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu declared that Telugu Desam would remain intact till history lasts and nobody dare dream of demolishing the party.
Speaking on the occasion of the party’s membership drive at NTR Trust Bhavan on Monday, Chandrababu Naidu, who is also the President of TDP, pointed out that since its inception the party has earned the trust and respect of the people by being synonymous to social and welfare activities.
The party through NTR Trust has initiated numerous welfare and developmental programmers for the people and continue to keep up the momentum in the future also, he observed.
Obviously referring to some party legislators jumping into TRS, though he did not make a direct reference, the TDP President quipped that if one person leaves hundred new would join the party.
Also without naming the TRS for trying to target his party, he reminded that those who tried to take on the party in the past were learnt bitter lessons.
"TDP will be there forever and nobody in the history can replace it", he thundered.
Chandrababu Naidu further observed that TDP’s foundations were very strong and no other party in the country was enjoying such solid and unshakable foundation as the party’s cadre were very committed and dedicated and prepared for any sacrifice for the cause of the party.
