No More Balls Left For Kiran

Former APCC President and MLC D Srinivas on Friday took pot shots at Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy’s comment that “the match will not be over till the last ball is bowled” obviously meaning that the process of Telangana formation is yet to be completed.

Interacting with the media, Srinivas observed that the match was over as the process of bifurcation of the state was completed. There are no more balls left to play the match”, he quipped.

In this context he recalled the statement of Minister D. Sridhar Babu that it was clearly evident from the score board that the match was over in favor of Telangana. If anyone tries to change or go against the verdict, the repercussions would be very serious, he warned.

Reiterating that there was no going back on the formation of a separate Telangana state, Srinivas called upon the striking employees to call off their agitation and assured that the Seemandhra people can live in Hyderabad without any fear.
