Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu seems to have deliberately ignored extending invitation to his nephew and popular actor Junior NTR for the foundation laying ceremony for Amarvati, the new capital of AP.
According to party sources, invitation has been sent to Jr NTR’s father Nandamuri Harikrishna as a routine affair, as he happens to be party’s central committee member.
However, unlike in the case of another actor Pawan Kalyan, no minister went to the residence of Jr NTR and invited him to the Amaravati function.
As a matter of fact, neither Harikrishna nor Jr NTR was nowhere to be involved in the foundation stone laying activities.
Apparently, Jr NTR has been keeping away from the party activities on the pretext of being busy in acting in films, while the real reason is that he has clearly understood the mentality of his uncle Chandrababu Naidu, who is known for his use and throw attitude.
NTR has realized that he has no role to play in the party as Naidu’s son Lokesh is clearly emerging as the heir apparent for the party.
