Nishit fined thrice in the past for overspeeding!

Finally, doctors of Apollo Hospitals, who conducted the post-mortem on the body of 22-year old P NIshit, son of Andhra Pradesh municipal administration minister P Narayana, have concluded that the accident had taken place due to over-speeding of the vehicle in the early hours of Wednesday.

Though it is not exactly recorded anywhere, police who made initial inquiries at the accident spot, revealed that Nishit was driving his Mercedes Benz car at a speed of nearly 200 kilometres per hour.

As he was trying to negotiate a turn, he lost control over the vehicle and hit a metro rail pillar near Peddamma Gudi temple at Jubilee Hills.

This is not the first time that Nishit was driving his car at such a high speed. According to information gathered from traffic police sources, he was fined at least thrice in the recent past for over-speeding his vehicle with registration number TS07FK7117.

The first time he was stopped and fined for over-speeding was at Shamshabad on January 24 this year, when he was driving the vehicle at a speed of over 150 kmph.

Second time, it happened on March 1 at Shamshabad again, when Nishit was caught driving at a speed of 153 kmph.

In the third instance, he was caught again on March 11, this time at Madhapur, when he was driving at a speed of 125 kmph.

In all the three instances, he had to pay a fine of Rs 1435, totalling an amount of Rs 4,305, the police revealed.

So, there is no wonder Nishit was driving on the empty roads of Jubilee Hills at a speed of 200 kmph in the early hours of Wednesday!
