TDP MLA from Ponnur in Guntur district, Dhulipala Narendra has gone incommunicado.
It is said that he has been sulking after being denied a minister’s post. He and his supporters had openly expressed their displeasure at being left out from Chandra Babu’s cabinet.
However, TDP has been making efforts to appease Narendra and another TDP member Keshav personally visited Narendra and explained the situation.
But Narendra has chosen to remain inaccessible ever since Chandra Babu has been sworn in. His phone has been switched off and he has not been in touch with anyone.
News from TDP is that efforts are on to meet Narendra and pacify him.
Incidentally, Narendra had won for the fifth time and was hopeful of getting a cabinet berth.
