Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is just a guest of Telangana State in Hyderabad and he has absolutely no right over the capital city.
This was asserted by Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao on Monday. He said Naidu’s interference in the affairs of Telangana government was highly improper and uncalled for.
He made it clear that the Telangana government was not ready to hand over its powers to the Governor.
Making it clear that law & order was the State subject, the minister said they would go to court on this issue if necessary.
The minister said Prime Minister Narendra Modi knows everything of governance as he had functioned as chief minister of Gujarat State.
Asserting that the TRS government has all powers over Hyderabad, KTR warned that they would launch a legal battle if any one attempted to create problems over the Hyderabad issue.
“Chandrababu Naidu is our guest. He can live in Hyderabad comfortably without poking his nose into the affairs of the Telangana government. Has Chandrababu Naidu any benamis in the Gurukul Trust lands? Why is he getting jittery over the Gurukul lands issue?” he asked.
