There seems to be a lot of similarities between ace Tollywood director S S Rajamouli and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, if one were to go by the observations made by YSR Congress party leaders.
“The designs of irrigation projects released by the Naidu government are just graphics. They, in fact, resemble the graphics of waterfalls used in Baahubali film made by S S Rajamouli. Naidu has made these graphics only for the sake of publicity for his government but the people know the reality,” YSR Congress party leader from East Godavari Kurasala Kannababu said.
He came down heavily on the chief minister for proposing yet another lift irrigation scheme at Purushottapatnam on Godavari river.
“Already, several lift irrigation schemes have become defunct on Godavari. Now, this is another scheme. The way the government has released over Rs 1,600 crore for the Purushottapatnam smacks of massive corruption,” he said.
