Chandrababu Naidu is slowly getting into campaign mode for 2019. The TDP supremo has taken a decision to visit a district every fifteen days, spend two days there and one day in the villages.
Thus, he has chalked out an action plan to cover all the districts and important villages in a phased manner by the end of the year. The only obstacle to this plan will be if Narendra Modi goes for early polls.
As a contingency to the possibility of early polls, Naidu has also initiated a programme called ‘Grama Darshini’.
While the name sounds more like an AP tourism initiative, the plan which has been modeled along the lines of YSRCP’s ‘Gadapa Gadapaku’ will get underway next month.
All the MLAs and district in-charge leaders will visit all the households in their constituency and explain the benefits of the TDP administration over a period of two to three months.
The beauty of this arrangement lies in its simplicity and backed by its media, the TDP is getting into battle mode for 2019.
